"With this painting I wanted to capture the warm blue and gentle movement of the sea. The light sparkling on the water and wet sand was particularly alluring for me". This painting got spotted by the pastel company Unison Pastel, who subsequently approached Michelle to work with them to create the Unsion 36 Michelle Lucking Beach set, inspired by these colours. Michelle is now an associate artist of Unison Colours.
